1. Zero Training Policy

We operate a strict zero-training policy. Your emails, tasks, and conversations are never shared with or used to improve any AI model. Your data is yours.

2. Data Collection

We collect only the information necessary to provide you with the Nemowork service. This includes your email address for account creation and any integrations you explicitly authorize (e.g., Google Calendar, Slack).

3. Security

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using AES-256 encryption. Our agents run in sandboxed environments powered by NemoClaw guardrails to ensure no unauthorized data access occurs.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Stripe for payment processing. We do not store your credit card information on our servers.

5. Hosting & Analytics

Our website is hosted on Netlify, which may temporarily process IP addresses for server logs and security purposes. To understand how our website is used without compromising your privacy, we use Simple Analytics. Simple Analytics does not use cookies and does not collect any personally identifiable information (PII).
